Installation

To install the Form To File PHP script:

1. --> click on the download link.

2. --> Fill in the form on that page and submit the form.
          (After doing so the download screen will appear.)

3. --> Save the Form To File ZIP file onto your hard drive.

4. --> open and unzip the Form To File ZIP file.

5. --> Then open and read the readme Text file in the ZIP.
          (This will give you detailed instructions on Installation.)
